Our well-appointed kitchens include gas stoves, dishwashers, and generous pantry space. Assigned carports with additional storage are included for your convenience. Our community is supported by a dedicated 24-hour emergency maintenance, and professional on-site management team.

Mariposa Apartments is ideally located near the 57, 91, and 5 freeways, offering easy access to a variety of entertainment and attractions, including Angel Stadium, Honda Center, ARTIC, Anaheim Packing House, and Disneyland. The community is minutes away from the Anaheim Coves Trail and Rio Vista Park and is served by the Anaheim and Yorba–Placentia school districts.
